Music Lesson Tuition for Private Lessons
Our full music year includes 35 lessons from mid September to mid June and is divided into 10 equal installment payments. We only use Auto Pay for monthly tuition. Tuition is automatically paid on the 0th of each month from September through June. No refunds are given on tuition or registration fees. We do not pro-rate or refund tuition based on missed classes or poor attendance.

Private Music Lessons Fees
Non-refundable registration fee: $35.00 per school year
$105.00 per installment for 30 minute lessons
$157.00 per installment for 45 minute lessons

Private Music students can begin lessons at any time of the teaching year. Lesson fees are determined by multiplying the number of lessons remaining in the year by $30 (tuition per lesson) and dividing by the number of remaining installments in the school year.

Group Guitar Instruction
Our group lessons are meant for students who are motivated by, or just enjoy working as part of a team. The social interaction helps these students stay motivated and challenged in a supportive, friendly environment. Each class is a 30 minute session and limited to 3 to 4 students per class. Students will either progress into the next group level or into private lessons.

Group Music Lesson Fees
Non-refundable registration fee: $35.00 per school year
$63.00 per installment for 30 minute small group lessons

Student Withdrawals
Music lessons require a minimum of 2 installments. This is necessary to give the student a fair chance, allows the instructor to work with the student, and if necessary try another instrument. After this, we only need 14 days notice to drop from a lesson. The withdrawal must be done in person, in writing, with a desk staff member (not a teacher). Once the drop form is submitted your scheduled Auto Pay is stopped immediately. Auto Pay schedules are not suspended until written notice is submitted

INSTRUMENT DESCRIPTIONS

Guitar Lessons
Our private guitar lessons include acoustic, electric and bass guitar. We have an excellent guitar teaching staff and teach guitar lessons in everything from rock to jazz, classical to pop, Spanish to chording. Many of our teachers actively perform in bands. Our guitar teachers have college or university music degrees so they know the proper theory and technique no matter if a student is interested in metal or in classical. No matter what type of guitar lessons you are interested in, we have the teachers to help you. Typically a student would be 7 before starting guitar lessons, due to their hand size, but some younger students start with a junior sized guitar. Guitar lessons are offered in 30 minute, 45 minute and 1 hour lengths

Saxophone and Clarinet Lessons
Our private saxophone and clarinet lessons start from age 8 onwards. Earlier than age 8, a student typically does not have the lung capacity and strength to handle these instruments. Our saxophone and clarinet instructors are proficient on both instruments so a student can start with clarinet lessons if they wish and switch to saxophone lessons. Our saxophone and clarinet instructors actively perform in all types of bands and ensembles and as soloists. Saxophone lessons and clarinet lessons are offered in 30 minute, 45 minute and 1 hour lengths.

Flute Lessons
Our private flute lessons generally start at age 7 and older, but sometimes younger students will start with a special curved-head flute. As with our other instruments, teachers have university or college degrees in woodwinds. Our flute lessons are offered in 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour lengths.

Piano Lessons
Our school offers piano lessons for students of all ages and abilities from beginners to very advanced students.  We offer every style of piano lessons from classical to jazz and pop.  We have students who want to play just for fun and students who excel.  We have more than one piano teacher on staff so we are able to match students with a teacher that works best with their particular age, ability and interest.  We start piano lessons from age 5 onwards.  Our piano lessons are all private one-on-one instruction and lesson lengths are 30 minutes or 1 hour.  While our piano lessons are all private, parents are often invited in to sit in on their child’s lessons.  For our advanced piano students we have teachers with university degrees in piano who can prepare students for high school or college entrance.
